URGENT
The Recreation Association's ongoing duty is to keep the residents of Palm Greens informed regarding the truthful condition of the community. The condominium election for Palm Greens Condo 2 is now underway, with the Circuit Court having already made findings of financial mismanagement and wrongful election practices by Anthony DiGennaro, Todd Marrazzo and their colleagues who have since resigned in disgrace. Incredibly, Marrazzo is again running for a seat on the Board even though he's got multiple instances of wrongdoing already pinned on him as well as a history of shady practices shown in documents and public filings attached to this website. Currently, Palm Greens Condo 2 is short millions of dollars of reserves and your monthly assessments have tripled since DiGennaro was first elected to the Board. First Service Residential and other outsiders have come into the community over the years, and they are taking the community to the cleaners, with budgetary and reserve shortfalls in the millions of dollars over the past five years. Just ask yourself: Did Palm Greens 2 have any of these problems before Becker & Poliakoff and before First Service Residential?
There is a way for all of this to be fixed, and for the current litigation to end immediately. It is for the residents to vote out Marrazzo so that First Service Residential can be fired and the full forensic audit ordered by the Circuit Court can be completed -- with money returned to Condo 2 and assessments lowered. Once that happens -- once Marrazzo is voted out -- the monthly assessments will shortly thereafter be reduced and most of the litigation brought by many of you residents can be resolved. Your vote will resolve the vast majority of litigation involving Palm Greens 2 within 30 days, so please take your vote very seriously.
Please read this website and the attachments carefully and make sure you vote so that the community can be permitted to begin to financially recover.

WHAT CAN WE DO ABOUT IT?
Make Informed Choices
Vote Wisely
Condo 2 residents must vote wisely in this year’s election. Elect candidates who will protect these communities from financial wrongdoing and from Lennar and 13th Floor's unlawful activities. Some residents, misled by falsehoods or themselves engaged in wrongdoings are running for the Board and will take action to hasten bankruptcy. We’re providing information on who to support and who to avoid—your vote will shape the future of the community.
