Your Vote Is Important
Gary Ahlskog -- NO
Ashlskog has been endorsed by Anthony DiGennaro. Gary stated in his resume that the "Recreation Board must devote their efforts to achieving closure of the expensive and divisive lawsuits that plague our community." However, he has not taken the time to review the legal documents available in the clubhouse, attend Town Hall meetings where attorneys explained the necessity of these lawsuits, or seek clarity from Recreation Board members. His statements show a lack of understanding of the facts, particularly since it was the Condo 2 Board that initiated the lawsuit against the Recreation Association in March 2024. Gary's lack of insight makes him unsuitable for the Board.

Bill Arthur -- YES
Bill has the time, energy, and expertise to unite our community, resolve conflicts, and address the lawsuits. With years of experience in engineering, technology, and trades, he is well-equipped to handle ongoing repairs to the clubhouse and the transition to the new one. His perspective will be invaluable in ensuring Lennar fulfills the Development Agreement and that the new clubhouse is built to specifications.

Gerald (Jerry) Carlin -- MAYBE
Although Mr. Carlin was endorsed by Anthony DiGennaro, at the candidates meeting on January 20, 2025, Mr Carlin recognized the Court's order. He seemed very intelligent, and it is entirely possible he will turn against DiGennaro and immediately upon election do things to immediately end all litigation involving Condo 2. We are not sure yet, but Mr. Carlin's statements last night give a glimmer of hope.

Benjie Coopersmith -- MAYBE
Benjie has expressed an interest in helping the community, but given our current challenges, we need Board members who are proven to be reliable and capable of tackling complex tasks. While Benjie shows promise, he might be better suited to run next year when the community is not in such a crisis.

Peter Dreifus -- MAYBE
Peter has extensive experience serving on the Board in the past. His neutral stance and readiness to tackle difficult issues make him a possible candidate to address the challenges our association faces immediately.

Jim Hodson -- NO
This is easily the worst or second-worst candidate you could possibly vote for. For his platform, Hodson says he wants to inform the court how expensive these lawsuits are. But the primary lawsuit was filed by Condo 2 against the Recreation Association seeking to stop maintenance and life safety repairs. The Court told Condo 2 to stop it, and enjoined them from further mischief. Because Hodson does not even know this history, a vote for him is a vote for continued incompetence at the Board level. Hodson could have educated himself but did not. If he cannot do the work now, we all know he will not do the right thing if elected to the Board.
Stephan Jaroudi -- YES
Mr. Jaroudi is extremely talented, even handed and focused on doing what is right for this community.

Peter Lehrer -- NO
Lehrer has been endorsed by Anthony DiGennaro.

Mary LePage -- YES Ms. LePage is a very experienced resident committed to reducing assessments and increasing reserves. She believes that the ever-increasing assessments levied against the Condo 2 community -- both monthly assessments and special assessments -- have been wrong and unfair. Ms. LePage is committed to turning the financial mismanagement around and within one year intends to reduce the monthly amount all of the residents are called upon to pay to Condo 2 in terms of monthly and special assessments. She also supports immediately resolving all pending litigation and holding Lennar accountable for the millions of dollars it now owes this community.
Naomi Motta -- YES Ms. Motta has already served the Board of Condo 2 for approximately two years, constantly battling against First Service Residential and Becker & Poliakoff regarding wrongdoing on their parts that the Circuit Court has now agreed with Ms. Motta about. She has fought tirelessly to make every effort to stop the bleeding of money and to get the Condo 2 budget in order: Ms. Motta has been a miner toward stopping the continual push to assess the residents more and more money that has been led by Rob Thom and Sandra Klimas
-- both of whom have since fled the Board. In return for this, Ms. Motta has been openly attacked in community meetings by other members of the Board who have now resigned in disgrace. Indeed, Ms. Motta presided over Rob Thom's complete disappearance from this community after his financial misdeeds were exposed in court. A vote for Naomi Motta is a vote that will guarantee reduced assessments and increased reserves so that this community can flourish in the future. Such a vote will virtually assure that the current litigation will end and that the reign of terror of First Service Residential will come to an end.

Jeanette Robichaud -- YES Like Mary LePage, Jeanette has been fighting against the reduction in reserves and increases in assessments for many years. Jeanette is committed to quickly resolving all pending litigation and assuring that the reserve funds increase to statutory requirements and the assessments levied against the owners are reduced back to 2021 levels. She is looking forward to supporting changes regarding how and where Condo 2 spends its money in order to make this happen. A vote for Jeanette is a vote to immediately -- immediately means within 30 days of her taking office -- resolving all litigation between constituents of this community and working tirelessly to reduce costs and reserves.

Todd Marrazzo -- NO Todd Marrazzo is also running for the Board and has already been found by the Court to likely be a part of the theft scheme by DiGennaro, Klimas and others. To those of you who say, "this is only a preliminary order," you need to be reminded that Marrazzo has tacitly admitted and confessed in the court proceedings that the financial diversions have indeed occurred. All of these litigation papers are available for the residents' review on this website. The public records reveal that Marrazzo has litigated against the United States Department of the Treasury and various banks involving foreclosure actions. First Service Residential initially warned the Condo 2 Board about Marrazzo, but the warnings were ignored despite the Bylaws stating that Marrazzo cannot serve on the Board. [Click Here] The financial shenanigans of Marrazzo are well documented with multiple foreclosure proceedings where he is named, including against Wells Fargo Bank and HSBC. Click FORECLOSURE 1 & 2 Below: DO NOT VOTE FOR TODD MARRAZZO. A VOTE FOR HIM ASSURES THAT THE LITIGATION WILL EXPAND AND THE FISCAL MALFEASANCE WILL FESTER.
