Our goal here is to hold 13th Floor and Lennar accountable for financial mismanagement and to ensure they will fulfill their contractual obligations.

Our goal is to find out where the missing money is and obtain accountability for unexplained financial discrepancies.

Financial Losses to  Recreation Association

We are also seeking to recover millions of dollars lost because of Lennar and 13 Floor's breach of a legally binding Development Agreement.​

The Need for Lawsuits

  • Judge Scott stated that if a trial was held today we would have sufficient evidence to prove our case

  • Since Judge Scott's last order, there continues to be evidence of theft inside of Condo 2.

  • The Recreation Association sees the finances of Condo 2 and knows that bad characters are helping to bring down our community and that bankruptcy is looming for Condo 2.

Judge Reid Scott: "Pursuant to Florida law, the [Condo 2 and Kilmas] Motion Injunction is hereby DENIED."
