We urge you to vote for directors that will promise in writing to immediately fire Becker & Poliakoff and First Service Residential, who have overcharged and under or not performed their contractual duties to us. As a result, PG2 has incurred additional costs, and the community is not looking or functioning well. Becker & Poliakoff has been the attorney for Condo 2 for more than a decade and -- along with First Service Residential -- has presided over a tripling of your monthly assessments and innumerable special assessments. Becker amended your Bylaws without the proper vote and has been found by the Circuit Court to have involved themselves in questionable election activities in connection with the 2023 election at Condo 2. There are thousands of lawyers in Florida who are experienced condominium lawyers. And there are innumerable ways to manage this Condo 2 Association without paying hundreds of thousands of dollars to an entity refusing to answer questions asked by residents. Don't you, the residents, believe it is time for a change? Once Becker & Poliakoff is fired, half of the litigation will immediately end and your assessments should eventually go from an amount now approaching $1,000 per month, back to $500 per month. The termination of First Service Residential will further lead to significant cost savings and eventual lowering of monthly and special assessments. Who doesn’t want lower assessments? Judges have already ruled that malfeasance appears to be ongoing in Condo 2. If you want to change this, the opportunity is now yours for the taking.
